Site Profile

You can view and edit site details and site attributes on this page. You are also navigated to a version of this page when you click Create new site on the Sites page, the difference being that when you create a site you must add address/location information. Address information is not editable on the Sites > Site Information > Site Profile page.

Click the blue book button above a field to see the change history for that field.

Site details

You can configure the following site details at Sites > Site Information > Site Profile > Site Details:

• Site name

• Description

• Parent org: The parent organization that owns or manages the site

• Email contact and tax rate roll-up level

• Date opened: The date the site opened

• Date closed: The date the site closed

• Date refurbished: The date the site was last refurbished

• Site distribution list: A list of email contacts for work orders

• Comment: Notes or details about the site

• Site accounting data: a text field for capturing any accounting details about a site

• Site type: The type of site (education, facility, retail, and so on)

• Status: Indicates whether the site is active or inactive

• Override barcode # required to close WO

• Uses weather data: Indicates whether the site uses weather data for monitoring functions

• Remote monitoring provider: The provider responsible for monitoring telemetry data at the site

• Warehouse for inventory: The physical warehouse used for storing parts and inventory for the site

• Inventory enabled: Indicates whether site uses the Parts & Inventory module to manage inventory

• Cylinder auto transfer: Indicates whether a cylinder (when used as part of a refrigerant leak event) automatically transfers or keeps its assigned state

Location and contact info

You configure location and contact info when you create a new site. This information is not editable on the Sites > Site Information > Site Profile page.

• Country: Search for and select the country by clicking the search (magnifying glass) button

• State: For U.S. states, search for and select the state by clicking the search (magnifying glass) button

• Address line 1

• Address line 2

• Postal code

• City

• Language

• Time zone key: Search for and select the time zone by clicking the search (magnifying glass) button

• Email

• Phone

• Mobile phone

• Fax

• Latitude and Longitude: Click Load to populate these fields based on the address given

Site attributes

You can view and edit site attributes at Sites > Site Information > Site Profile > Attributes.
